1. How do I scan a product? Open the app, tap the Scan tab, and point your camera at a product’s barcode. FILTYR will instantly analyze it.
2. Why is my product not in the database? We’re constantly expanding our library. If a product doesn’t appear, you can email our team for any inquiries.
3. How are FILTYR ratings calculated? Our scoring system looks at the health impact of products on humans. Each product receives a transparent score based on science-backed data.
4. What categories does FILTYR cover? Currently: Skincare, Haircare, Food, Water, and Alcohol. More categories coming soon.
5. Is my data private? Yes. We never sell your personal information. You can review our Privacy Policy for full details.
